Mobile Home Exterior Cleaning
We clean the full exterior of mobile homes, park homes, and static homes (roofs, UPVC cladding, GRP panels, windows, and fascias) using soft-wash methods that are safe for all common surface types.
Mobile homes, park homes, and static homes need exterior cleaning just as much as conventional houses, and sometimes more so. The materials used on these homes, including UPVC cladding, GRP (fibreglass) panels, and rubber or felt flat roofing, all attract algae, moss, and weathering stains over time. In the South East's damp climate, and particularly on park homes near the coast in Kent and Sussex, this can happen quickly. Many owners do not realise specialist cleaning is available for their homes, or worry that any equipment would damage the surfaces. It will not, when the right methods are used.
We use low-pressure soft washing for mobile home, park home, and static home exteriors. High pressure is not appropriate for UPVC cladding or GRP panels. It can force water into joins and seals, cause surface crazing on fibreglass, and strip protective coatings. Soft washing uses lower pressure and specialist cleaning solutions that kill algae and break down organic growth at root level, then flush away cleanly. Can you clean GRP (fibreglass) panels?
