Terms and Conditions

1. General By booking a service with Raw Power Exterior Cleaning, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking. If you have any questions, call us before proceeding.

2. Quotes & Pricing All quotes provided by Raw Power Exterior Cleaning are fixed. The price you are quoted is the price you pay - no additions will be made on the day without your prior agreement. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

3. Bookings & Deposits A deposit may be required to secure your booking date. This will be confirmed at the time of quoting. The remaining balance is due on completion of the work. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cash, and card.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in loss of deposit. We understand that genuine emergencies happen - please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

5. Our Right to Reschedule Raw Power Exterior Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule jobs in the event of severe weather, illness, or circumstances outside our control. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date. No charge will be made for rescheduling initiated by us.

6. Access & Property Conditions It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that we have safe and adequate access to the areas being cleaned on the agreed date. Please ensure gates are unlocked, vehicles are moved where necessary, and any fragile items in the work area are removed beforehand. Raw Power Exterior Cleaning cannot be held responsible for delays or incomplete work caused by restricted access.

7. Liability Raw Power Exterior Cleaning carries full public liability insurance. We take every precaution to protect your property during all works. However, our liability is limited to the value of the service booked. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, structural faults, or conditions not disclosed at the time of booking.

8. Results We take pride in the standard of our work and aim to deliver consistent, high-quality results on every job. Outcomes may vary depending on the age, condition, and material of the surfaces being cleaned. Where a result is not achievable to the standard quoted, we will discuss this with you openly and fairly.

9. Complaints If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of the work being completed. We will investigate and respond promptly.

11. Changes to These Terms Raw Power Exterior Cleaning reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
