1. Services

Raw Power Exterior Cleaning provides exterior cleaning services including driveway and patio cleaning, roof cleaning, gutter and fascia cleaning, window cleaning, and roof coating. All services are subject to a quotation agreed in advance.

2. Quotations

All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on the information provided to us at time of quotation. If the scope or condition of the job differs significantly from what was described, we reserve the right to revise the quote before commencing work.

3. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed. We do not require any upfront payment. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at point of booking.

4. Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking. Late cancellations may incur a charge to cover travel and administration costs.

5. Access and Conditions

You are responsible for ensuring we have safe and unobstructed access to the area being cleaned, and access to a suitable water supply. If these conditions cannot be met on the day of the booking, we may not be able to proceed, and a call-out charge may apply.

6. Liability

Raw Power Exterior Cleaning holds full public liability insurance. In the unlikely event that damage occurs as a direct result of our work, please notify us immediately. We will not accept liability for damage caused by pre-existing faults or conditions we were not made aware of prior to the job.

7. Results

The results of exterior cleaning depend on the age, condition, and type of surface. While we aim for the best possible result in all cases, we cannot guarantee uniform results on all surfaces.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
