We use a reach-and-wash pure water fed pole system for all window cleaning: a telescopic, water-fed pole that delivers filtered, deionised water directly onto the glass. Pure water window cleaning has become the industry standard, and for good reason. Deionised water contains none of the minerals found in tap water, which means it dries completely clear. No streaking, no spotting, no residue. The pure water method consistently delivers a better result than any alternative. Because no mineral residue is left on the glass, windows stay cleaner for longer between visits.
The bristle head on the pole agitates the glass and frame surface, lifting dirt before the pure water rinse carries it away cleanly. We clean all accessible windows from ground floor through to second floor from ground level, no ladders required on your property. Will pure water window cleaning leave streaks?
No. Streaks are caused by mineral deposits left behind as water evaporates. Tap water contains calcium, magnesium, and other dissolved minerals, and as it dries on glass, those minerals are left as residue. Pure water contains none of them. It dries completely clear, every time. Streak-free results are not a selling point, they are what deionised water does by its nature.
Why does pure water give a better result than tap water?
Tap water contains dissolved minerals (calcium, magnesium, and other trace minerals) that leave spots and streaks as the water evaporates. Deionised pure water contains no minerals, so it dries completely clear. In coastal areas where salt deposits are a factor, the difference is even more pronounced.
Do you use ladders?
No. Our pure water fed pole system allows us to reach ground floor and second floor windows from the ground. This is safer for us and means we do not need access to the inside of your property.
Are frames and sills included?
Yes. Frame and sill cleaning is part of the standard window cleaning service at no extra charge.
Do you offer regular scheduled cleans?
Yes. We can set up a regular cleaning schedule on whatever frequency suits you, whether monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly. This keeps the glass in consistently good condition and makes each subsequent clean easier. Ask when you request your quote.
What if it rains after you clean?
Rainwater is pure water. Unlike tap water, it does not leave mineral deposits on glass. A light shower after a pure water clean will not undo the result. It may just rinse off any surface dust that has settled since we finished.
